Your ad will be created by a professional at Moments to Remember, LLC after you email the information requested below, provide the pictures as described on our How to Send Your Pictures page, and complete your payment (an invoice will be emailed to you along with a link for online payment purposes).
PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION THOROUGHLY FOR SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS ON PLACING AN ORDER. For customers in the Tampa Bay area, appointments are also available (at which time the below information, pictures and payment can be provided).
FOR CUSTOMIZED ADS -- When you place an order, please email the following information to Sales@SchoolYearbookAds.com:
1) Your name
2) Your child's school
3) Your contact phone numbers
4) Your mailing address
5) Your email address (a proof will be sent to this email)
6) Your child's name
7) The ad size that you are purchasing
8) How you'd like for your child's name to appear in the ad
9) The message that you'd like to include
10) Any special requests (fonts, colors, layout, silhouettes, graphics, etc)?
11) The number of pictures you'll be using in your ad (We generally recommend no more than 12-17 pictures/page...but we've done wonderful ads with 26 pictures/page).
12) Do you need any photo-editing (date/time removal, red-eye reduction, imperfection removal such as small stains, slight eye-glass glare, shadow reduction)($5/picture)? If so, please indicate what you need done and which picture you need it done on.
13) Would you like the ad burned to a CD ($5/CD), any glossy prints ($10/print for full-page ad or smaller; $20/print for a two-page spread) and shipped to you ($7)? If so, your original pictures (if hard copies are mailed) will be returned at the same time at no additional charge.
14) Please indicate how you will be submitting your pictures -- as described in our How to Send Your Pictures page -- then immediately provide your pictures as indicated (whether by US mail or email).
FOR SCHOOL TEMPLATES -- Before placing an order, please print out the template you'd like (for use as a reference when answering the below questions). When you place an order, please email the following information to Sales@SchoolYearbookAds.com:
1) Your name
2) Your child's school
3) Your contact phone numbers
4) Your mailing address
5) Your email address (a proof will be sent to this email)
6) Your child's full name
7) The template number that you'd like to purchase (listed in the full-page, half-page, quarter-page and eighth-page sample links under Templates) that you'd like to purchase (or are you upgrading to a customized ad -- if so, please refer to the paragraph above for placing a customized ad order)
8) How you'd like for your child's name to appear in the ad
9) The font you'd like for your child's name (see Template Fonts)
10) The color that you'd like for your child's name (see Template Borders and Text Colors)
11) The message that you'd like to include
12) The font that you'd like for the message (see Template Fonts)
13) The color that you'd like for the message (see Template Borders and Text Colors)
14) If you are choosing Template #9, the font that you'd like for the quote (see Template Fonts)
15) If you are choosing Template #9, the color that you'd like for the quote (see Template Borders and Text Colors)
16) The background color -- if choosing a template with a side panel or text box, etc. please clearly state the color of this item and the color of the main background (white or black) -- please refer to Option #1 below your Template Picture for more specific information
17) The border color you'd like for the pictures where applicable (see Template Borders and Text Colors -- all pictures must have the same border color). Some pictures, as seen on our template pages, do not have a border on all four sides, as they bleed off of the page

24) If you are providing your pictures on a CD, do you want this CD mailed back to you ($7)or can the CD be disposed of upon completion?
FOR ALL ORDERS -- Once you specify your order with our sales representative, you will receive a customized invoice via e-mail. You will also receive an additional email with a link for online payment purposes. At this time, you will be directed to finalize the order by clicking the payment button. We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
